I figure this is probably long overdue. I just wanted to take a minute and let y'all know that I've been using your products for years. I was first introduced to your products when I was a kid when my dad would make jerky. I've been using a variety of your products for many years now. Whenever someone asks for recommendations of a good jerky cure, smoke or brine I always tell em Scotts is where it's at. I've used a number of companies over the years and Scotts is and has always been my baseline for comparing all others to and to this day not one other company has been able to stand up. So thanks for making such great products. Some of my own recipes could not be possible without Scotts. I don't care if you use a real smoker or just a dehydrator, Scotts is always the way to go. Thanks for making such a great line of products. Don't go changing!

First of all I have to tell you that some of my finest childhood memories are of my Dad making jerky with your mix on cold winter days. Sadly, many years ago the supplier he used to buy the mix from stopped carrying it. My Dad tried a couple of times to use different cures but none would equal yours. He never made jerky again.
